When I first met this very sweet family I didn’t know if I was going to get any smiles out of sweet little C. Then he started dancing… and danced more, and danced more. He was so much fun and he loved being outside running, playing and of course, dancing for our family session. It was so great to meet you D family and I hope you love your photos! I think they are positively adorable!
I so enjoyed meeting this family a few weeks ago for our session. They were perfectly coordinated and ready to have a great time! Everyone gave us lots of wonderful smiles and laughter…which I just LOVE to capture! We had an overcast sky at the end of our session that left us with some pretty amazing photos in the field! Thanks S family for choosing me to capture your family’s story! I hope that you are just as in love with your photos as I am!

I’m so glad that I got to meet this sweet family for a newborn session recently. There new little one was 14 days old and slept like a champ for us! I know this family is so proud of her and I’m excited for them to watch her grow into a beautiful toddler! Thanks for the wonderful session S family! It was really nice to meet y’all!

You know how long it takes to plan a Disney trip…forever! It seems like we planned and thought about it for years! But it was so worth it. I was torn about whether or not to bring the “big” camera but I am so glad that I did. I didn’t feel like I needed to have it everyday on the trip but I was really glad when I did! Many of these photos I can print out and hang in my kids room as decor and I am going to make them both a little album for their rooms so they can look at the photos every day.
For all you photographers out there I ordered the new Crumpler 4 million dollar camera bag for the trip and took my Canon 5d Mark ii and two lenses, my 35mm f/1.4 and my fisheye 15mm f/2.8. I wanted to take lens that were smaller enough for me to lug around all day over my shoulder, but would also give me the amount of wide angle shooting that I thought I needed. Plus, I’m just in love with fisheye lens photography.
Hope you enjoy looking through these photos as much as I did taking them. My advice to any photographer going on a family vacation…take the “big” camera. You won’t be sorry you did!
